Kamala (Et tu Brute) threw her boss, President Biden, under a tank. That is the subject of today's 10 minute episode.

Introduction:

Vice President Harris waited months before doing anything after being assigned by President Biden to take charge of our southern border, and deal with the huge and growing problems there. She basically sat on her hands, not wanting photo evidence of her being anywhere near the cages, and the desperate people with no direction about where to go or what to do. All after being essentially invited in with the promise of more “humane” immigration policies under the new administration.

VP Harris is again AWOL (military: absent without official leave) in Afghanistan, leaving her overwhelmed boss to twist in the wind. Remember, this is the same Kamala Harris who accused Mr. Biden of being racist during the primaries.

We all know that VP Harris wants to be President Harris. What we don’t know, but we are getting strong hints about, is the lengths she will go, including being outright diployal to the man who rescued her after her failed campaign in the primaries. She seems quite willing to throw her boss under a bus; one carrying immigrants, or under a passing tank, to realize her ambitions.

Et tu Brute?

That is the subject of today’s 10 minute episode.

Continuing:

There has been consistent speculation that Biden was just a “safe” choice, the non-Trump choice, and little more than a placeholder for the future President Harris. The idea was that the US would finally get the female President that it should have gotten in 2016. The headlines would declare, “MADAME PRESIDENT” for the first time. Some even speculated that Biden’s deficiencies would be revealed in his first term, with Ms. Harris stepping up to the Oval Office after Biden resigned–voluntarily or not. Many more predicted that he would not run again, leaving VP Harris as the leading candidate for the Democratic nomination in 2024.

Back then, no one could see that as VP Ms. Harris would be such a dud. She has taken no action of any significance with her main task at our southern border. Harris deals with her staff with the back of her hand, and responds to tough questions with a laugh and a verbal dismissal. The most damning evidence against her is her blatant disloyalty to her boss, the President. Who would even think about elevating anybody to an important position if that meant promoting someone who had hung her boss out to dry in order to get the new job?

As we have done in the past, let’s hear from liberal media on this topic. AP. “President Joe Biden has tapped Vice President Kamala Harris to lead the White House effort to tackle the migration challenge at the U.S. southern border and work with Central American nations to address root causes of the problem.

“Biden made the announcement as he and Harris met at the White House on Wednesday with Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandra Mayorkas and other immigration advisers to discuss the increase in migrants, including many unaccompanied minors, arriving at the border in recent weeks.

“In delegating the matter to Harris, Biden is seeking to replicate a dynamic that played out when he served as President Barack Obama’s vice president. Obama turned to Biden in his first term to lead the White House effort to draw down U.S. troops in Iraq and oversee implementation of stimulus in response to the Great Recession.”

After all that, Vice President Harris did nothing.

Back to the news. “‘When she speaks, she speaks for me,’ Biden said, noting her past work as California’s attorney general makes her specially equipped to lead the administration’s response.” Apparently that is correct; Biden does not do much of anything, either.

More from the AP, this time about Afghanistan. “Kamala Harris said she was the ‘last person in the room’ with President Biden when he made the decision to pull all US troops out of Afghanistan. In an interview on CNN’s ‘State of the Union,’ Harris was asked about Biden’s statement that he wanted the VP to be ‘the last voice in the room,’ particularly when making big decisions, like he was when he served as vice president under Barack Obama. Harris confirmed that was the case regarding the move to withdraw troops from Afghanistan by Sept. 11, the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks. ‘This is a president who has an extraordinary amount of courage,’ Harris said regarding the decision, which was announced earlier this month.” She was ready to share the credit, then dumped him when things fell apart.

Ms. Harris is leaving the President to fend for himself as he tries, without success, to pretend that he has the chaos, the entirely unnecessary Afghanistan human, military and political disaster, well in hand. From Reuters. “U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris’s trip to Singapore and Vietnam starting on Sunday (the 22nd) will show that the United States is in the region ‘to stay,’ a senior administration official said, as Washington seeks to bolster international support to counter China’s growing global influence.

“Harris will be the most senior U.S. official to visit the region since President Joe Biden took office in January promising to shore up alliances, which the United States considers key to checking Chinese expansion.

“A senior White House official told Reuters earlier this month that the vice president’s focus would be on defending international rules in the South China Sea, strengthening U.S. regional leadership and expanding security cooperation in the region.” Add in the needed and correct, but empty, promises to support women’s rights internationally.

Nonsense. We are leaving Afghanistan with our hair on fire, and our tails between our legs. In exactly the same way that we left Vietnam. Given our actions as a nation, no one will believe a word of what she says, or what we as America are saying about being committed to this–or any–area. “Who you are speaks so loudly I can’t hear what you’re saying,” Ralph Waldo Emerson’s famous quote is as accurate and meaningful today as it was back in the 1800’s. Many of us know it in it’s more generalized form: actions speak louder than words.

No one in Asia, including Taiwan, will believe that we will stand by when the stuff hits the fan. All the evidence indicates that when the going gets tough, we “tough guys” get going–out of town. And the irony, the cruel irony of VP Harris visiting Vietnam making these empty promises is all too obvious. Forty-six years ago, we left Vietnam in the same shameful, chaotic way as are now leaving Afghanistan.

“To be an enemy of America can be dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal,” Henry Kissinger, an American politician, diplomat, and geopolitical consultant who served as United States Secretary of State and National Security Advisor under the presidential administrations of Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.

Our military is the best in the world; superb training, the best gear, filled with courage and resolve. Where do we find the political leaders and the national will to honor these men and women–all my Brothers and Sisters–and our commitments, commitments that are in America’s best interests, to our international allies?

Kamala (Et Tu Brute) Harris is the last person we should consider as a leader.

We all have the personal responsibility to not be hypocrites, to practice what we preach, to walk our talk. Speaking of personal responsibility, it does not stand alone; the two main and interdependent principles at Revolution 2.0 are:

1. Personal Responsibility; take it, teach it and,
2. Be Your Brother’s Keeper. The answer to the biblical question, “Am I my brother’s keeper?” is a ringing, unequivocal “Yes.” There is no other answer.
